I was more than a bit skeptical when I ordered this product. My husband first saw them advertised, and I thought these were likely to be just very expensive sheets! But I was really pleasantly surprised that that do keep you cooler than normal sheets (we also bought the mattress pad and blanket). It really helped with my night sweats.

Note of caution: the sheets are a bit coarser than what we are used to... and turning over in the night might make you feel like you're getting carpet burn... :-)
