I've seen a lot of comments on similar sheets about them not being 1200 count. I can promise, although I didn't get out a magnifying glass, these are high thread-count sheets. They state they're microfiber as well, so I assume they're polyester and not true cotton, but they are extremely comfortable.

I replaced some 600 TC cotton sheets, again cheap sheets, but these blow those away. And, these most definitely DO NOT feel like 250 TC sheets like everyone else is stating on other posts. I can assure you of this because my gf recently bought a set of 300 TC because she liked how they look, and I cannot sleep on them, too spoiled.

But, these sheets are cheap, and there's a reason for that. They're thin, so I don't expect them to hold up for many years. There is a snag in the top sheet already from one of my dogs.

One other thing that I don't like is that the fitted sheet has elastic all the way around. Maybe that's supposed to be a better quality, but I prefer the ones with fitted at the top and bottom and straight on the sides for many reasons. With these, the pillow cases have a tendency to get wrapped up in the fitted in the dryer and then come out damp.
