I have been having neck problems for a while (who hasn't, right?) and have been searching around for a good pillow. My cranio-sacral therapist recommended this brand and said she uses it herself.

When I first got it, I was concerned that the fill wasn't deep enough to keep my neck supported. It fills a lot like a synthetic down pillow, and sinks quite a bit when you lay down on it. But it cradles my head and I find myself falling asleep much easier, and waking up without pain. I think for people who may need their head raised higher, stacking another pillow underneath may help.
