The ONLY reason I am rating this item with 3 stars is because the seller did send me a replacement set after I contacted them and told them it was fraying and the whole comforter was falling apart. I never washed it either!! After I received the next set I had the same exact thing happen. I am very upset. Granted, I did not spend a huge amount of money on this set but still, it shouldn't fall apart, especially if I have never washed it!!! Also, it is very, very thin and not very warm now that we are getting colder weather here in upstate NY. I hope to find another comforter like this but of better quality.
