This set of 12 pillowcases sells for less than $4 per pillowcase, and they are surprisingly nice. The fabric is 40% polyester, but you would never know it to see them or touch them. They look and feel like cotton. They have a pretty woven-in damask stripe- white on white. They seem well-made, albeit very simply. There is no fancy stitching on the hems, for example. I have not washed them yet. so I can't say if they are truly wrinkle-free, but the polyester content should help with that.I was really happy to find these pillowcases, because it seems that more and more sheets are sold in sets, so it's harder to find separate pillowcases for a reasonable price.
