When I ordered this blanket I had no idea how soft and heavy it was. It came at the perfect time for me. I was in the middle of a bout with the flu. The flu was winning. I sat with this blanket wrapped around me for 2 weeks. When I wasn't on the couch I was dragging it around with me doing my "Linus" impression. It washes up nice and needs only a few minutes in the dryer. The blanket is a nice large size and the Aerosmith logo covers the middle from side to side. I had wanted this blanket for 2 years but waited for a price below the listed $69.00. So when it came up I went for it. This would also work well as a picnic blanket.
