First of all, let me say that these aren't "bad" sheets, but they are certainly not what I expected when I read in the description, "worthy of a classy elegant suite, and are found in world class hotels."

These sheets are nice, but they aren't anywhere near strong enough to be used in "world class hotels". These sheets are far too thin and delicate to be used in such an environment and that's why I'm quite disappointed with my purchase.

I thought that for this much money and with the above description that I quoted, verbatim, that I would have a thick, hard-wearing sheet that would last me for years. As it stands, I have a soft-to-the-touch (which is nice), but very thin sheet that is very delicate and I imagine that I will have to replace within a year or two, tops.

I don't think I've ever seen such delicate care instructions for a set of sheets in my life. If I had been able to read that tag before making my purchase, I'm sure I would have found something more heavy duty in which to invest my hard-earned dollars.

To be fair, these sheets are quite soft to the touch and are nice to sleep on but they are as thin as silk but are made of cotton and not silk so I don't have high hopes for longevity at all. I suppose those are selling points to some people out there but I prefer a sheet that I won't have to replace in a year or two at this price-point. To each their own, I suppose.

To conclude, I'm keeping the sheets just because it's more trouble than it's worth to send them back but I'm hoping that with this review I might be able to help anyone else from making the same mistake that I did.
