I purchased this silk comforter through Japanshoji.com a few years back. It is very warm without being bulky! I've never been happy with the down comforters I've had in the past. They were too bulky, or too hot, or the feathers wouldn't stay put. That's what caused me to start looking into alternatives. My adult kids will fight over who gets to sleep with the silk comforter when they are here. In the summer it's great also because the air-conditioner blows right on my bed! If they made a smart blanket like they make smart phones... this would be a smart blanket. It's awesome! I'm going to get another one!
