I have tried many C-shape pillows, inflatables as well as memory foam, and they all push my neck too far forward leaving my head in the air. This works much better as it only supports my head from falling sideways. I also like that fabric connecting two inflatable support pillows extends down to my back. This keeps the entire headrest from sliding sideways. If they had headphones built in, it would be simply fantastic. Now, I get nice sound suppression as the support pillows nicely cover my ears.
