It's not the fanciest mattress pad, but it keeps the bed warm and it's non-toxic. We purchased the Naturepedic waterproof bed, so we didn't need the waterproof mattress pad. The pad is a little short for the bed, and it looks cheap because of the straps (versus completely wrapping around the bed like a fitted sheet). All-in-all, I'd buy it again.
