Stayed twice at a Hilton and loved the pillows. First time was in 2005 and second time a month ago. I usually wake up with headaches because my pillows aren't just right but at the Hilton I slept great. I finally splurged and bought these. There is a little smell but nothing if I hadn't read some reviews that talked about it I wouldn't have noticed. I followed the hotel guidelines and put the pillows in 2 standard pillow covers then covered it with a pillow case. They are a little thicker then the hotel but I'm guessing with some use they will soften up.

I did have an issue with not enough postage being put on the package so I had to pay when the package was delivered. I contacted Amazon who contacted the vendor and I had a credit to my account the next business day from the vendor. Awesome customer service by Amazon and Kings of Comfort.
